ABOUT US

Bagorio Corporation formerly known as Bizware Technology Inc. was founded in the early 2003 by Jason N. Bagorio. The Company now owns and manage investment properties throughout Alberta, Canada with most of its assets in the Calgary and Edmonton area.  The real estate portfolio of Bagorio Corp. currently holds 6 properties totaling 8 doors.  We are continually serving out lease holders or tenants, and actively expanding the business by seeking investors and partners to join us in future venture plans.

In Alberta, the main economic driver is oil.   Given the ongoing demand of such energy resource worldwide, it's powering all other industries in the province.   Real Estate has been the byproduct.   With a strong economy, brings job creation and migration.   With the increasing population brings higher demands for real estate.
